Water

After this years heavy Habagat it is time for 8 months summer. Since we need massive storage capacity for water several large water tanks are designed within the master plan. This picture shows the construction of our second tank. Water first needed for constuction and later to be treated and used for the resort. The storage will be fully embedded underneath the road. Made of 4" to 6" poured concrete the tank will have a capacity of almost 500.000 liter.

Tycoon Andrew Tan launches New Coast Boracay

September 27, 2011

A recent trip to Boracay island, has inspired taipan Andrew Tan, chairman of conglomerate Alliance Global Group Inc. (AGI) to plan for and make his new tourism project in Boracay Island magical and memorable for visitors.

The tycoon is looking at making Boracay a more vibrant place that will attract even more tourists with the soft launch of Boracay Newcoast.

"With tourist arrivals projected to go up as Boracay becomes an even more popular beach destination worldwide, we will help boost Boracay’s employment numbers and family incomes,” Tan said. Tourist numbers are expected to rise around 350,000 due to the development, totalling an astonishing 1,200,000 annual tourists. This is more then 10% of the annual tourists visiting Singapore on such a smalll island!

Boracay Newcoast is the first master planned, tourism-oriented community. Tan envisions seven clusters within the project that will further boost the island as a tourism destination.

The hotel cluster, with its four international hotel brands and one local hotel, will offer tourists accommodations in 1,500 new hotel suites with access to a private beach. The beach is directly facing the Boracay View Resort development project on Carabao Island.

The leisure center and the Newcoast Station will feature outdoor activities that tourists will enjoy. Boutique hotels are planned for another district, with their own stretch of private beach.

Adjacent to this is Newcoast Village, targeted for a select few who intend to make Boracay their second home.

Lot prices start at P5,000,000 for inland view.
